Booking Policy
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your appointment slot.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel 7 days before your appointment to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 6 days of your appointment are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule once up to 3 days before your appointment.
- After rescheduling, no further changes or cancellations will be allowed.
- Changes are not permitted within 2 days of your appointment.
No-Show Policy
- Arriving 10 minutes late or more will be considered a No-Show.
- In case of a No-Show, the session will be forfeited and any payment made will not be refunded.
