Booking policy

Booking and payment

Every session is one-to-one with The Rang Lab. Your time is held for 15 minutes while you pay. Once we have checked your payment we approve your booking and we email you to confirm it. In-studio clients may choose to pay at the studio instead.

Rescheduling

If you need a different time, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we’ll do our best to find you a new slot.

Cancellations and refunds

Please contact us on WhatsApp if you need to cancel. We’ll let you know whether a refund or credit applies to your booking.

Virtual sessions

After approval you receive a personal session link by email. Open it to fill in a short questionnaire before we meet. On the day, sit facing a window in daylight with minimal makeup and a plain top.

Privacy

We use your name, WhatsApp number and email only to arrange and run your session. Payment screenshots are seen only by The Rang Lab. If you join a waiting list, we use your email or WhatsApp number only to tell you when that service opens, and every email has a link to opt out. If you try the “Try with your photo” feature on our home page, your photo stays on your own device and is never uploaded. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to count visits and bookings, so we can see which adverts and pages help people find us.
